When will my order ship? All orders placed are processed, packaged, and shipped within 2-3 business days of the receipt of order.

General Shipping Information: Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders are shipped USPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

Special Shipping Information: If you have a specific shipping question or want packages sent via UPS or FedEx for any reason, please contact us directly at wanishsugarbush@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order. Then, we can create a customized order for you. Tracking information will be emailed to you after the order is processed and packaged.  

Return Policy: Returns are not accepted. However, if your product(s) arrive damaged from shipment, please email us at wanishsugarbush@gmail.com with photos and a description of your order within 7 days of delivery confirmation. At that time, you are able to request the same order be shipped again, or you can request a full refund (including the original shipping payment). Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of initial customer email. No exchanges are available beyond 7 days of delivery confirmation.

International Shipping:  We do not ship internationally.  We only ship to addresses within the United States.

Special Order or Customized Items: Please contact us if you would like to place a customized order (i.e. customized labels or a special gift package). We can also ship large quantities of syrup via pallet(s) if your business would like maple syrup or maple sugar as annual gifts or holiday offerings.
